“Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars” marches on without counselors Jim and Elizabeth Carroll and in the next episode titled “Pedal To the Meddle”, there’s a change of venue for the communication role-playing exercise. Typically, the Carrolls put the boot campers in a canoe and set up an obstacle course on the water. One partner is blind-folded and the other is forced to give directions while the entire exercise is timed.
Couples usually make the same mistake every season, believing that whoever takes the least amount of time to get to the finish line will be declared the winner. Wrong! As fans of the show understand, it’s got nothing to do with how long it takes to complete, it’s the quality of the communication that counts.
In the sneak peek posted below, Jim and Amber Marchese demonstrate using hand signals doesn’t work, and even the spoken word can be wrong, when the partner barking out the directions gets flustered and mistakes right for left, and vice-versa. Jim’s not pleased, which is an understatement, but the couple might have other things that will get Jim into a state of rage.
InTouchWeekly.com reports that Amber’s got a cheating story that she thinks is a little deal, but her husband disagrees. Amber’s admission is about a same-sex fling that comes up in the context of Margeaux Simms’ revelations about activity with her girlfriend Merika Palmiste.
Why are Jim and Amber appearing on this season’s “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars”?, well aside from the pay check? WE tv’s material has this to share. “Real Housewives of New Jersey’s” Jim and Amber Marchese battle issues in the bedroom – Amber has lost her libido due to cancer treatments, and Jim is sexually frustrated. When Jim’s hot temper, control issues and overprotective nature are exposed, Amber blames herself, crippling their marriage.”
Anyone else still miss Jim and Elizabeth? TVRuckus got one line from the network, revealing nothing about them being replaced. We tweeted at the couple , and got a “like” from Elizabeth when we lamented their absence. Who knows what to make of it?
